Hi! I’m Sophie!

Need someone to whack face while belting face? Serve espresso with a side of attitude? Or maybe be overly expressive and a little too honest?

Well, I’m glad you’re here!

I’m graduating this coming May 2025 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Texas Christian University. I am an artist currently based in Dallas, TX with a foot in Austin sometimes too. Thanks for getting to know me!

ABOUT ME!!

I was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan but grew up in San Antonio, Texas. Big families run in my family, and I’m the second oldest of six kids! I have an older sister, Amy, a younger sister, Abby, and three little brothers: Gabriel, Aaron, and Zach. My brothers are all adopted internationally! My family means the world to me, and I love talking about them.

I started singing and dancing at the age of 7, and was blessed with a fierce performer of a mother to support me along the way. My first show ever was Willy Wonka; I couldn’t spell it, but I was a squirrel! In addition to theatre, I grew up doing cheer, gymnastics, volleyball, and climbing anything that I could. Ask me about my American Ninja Warrior phase... However, nothing excited me as much as theatre did, and my family saw that clear as day. With their unending support, I started performing professionally in high school, and never looked back!

When I’m not rehearsing, I love painting and writing, and even have my own small calligraphy business. I’m a terrible liar and hate mini golf, but I love The Lorax, candles, and my stuffed best friend Kari Bear. I also have a pretty significant Survivor obsession; I even made it through two rounds of casting for the show! I love reality TV, and still play Webkinz (I’m not kidding) and discovered the joys of Roblox at a late age, which makes me the best big sister ever when I go home for Christmas.

I love the life I’m living and am so blessed to be surrounded by people that are as talented as they are kind. The world needs more bold love and understanding, and I plan to spread that in the ways I know best!!
